Thanks Rose. It seems much better today. I undid the super tight wrap which seemed to be a big contributor to the pain. Still hurtz but its manageable! Take care!

Deborah, in Minnesota, has too much
snow like you do. Godfather Lobster

You are the master of wordplay, as all
    TGW know, Georgester Lombardo Da
Vinci. I hope Karen ( "Ms. Hum ") sees
this, bc we make her laugh! The Godfather.

Bro Gar, TGW saved me from loneliness &
depression today. I've been sleeping a lot ,
to get rid of my cold. Every time I
wake up from a nap, I check in with my
friends here. I would never dare complain
about a mere cold, bc I would feel the
wrath of our noble, brave younger George,
the bravest Grief Warrior we have. The
LMSO from you and Lombardo Da Vinci
have kept me going through this very dark,
stormy day, and very cold weekend. I'm
glad to be inside, and able to hear from my
GW friends, and laugh with them.

Lou, if you're the Grandfather than we could also call you Don Lou! Just another one to add to the list! :)

I've heard about the bomb cyclone which has particularly hit the eastern part of the States. I hope everyone is OK. These extreme weather conditions, temperatures plummeting or rising suddenly, are becoming way too frequent, all around the world, it seems. Our climate here has definitely gone crazy. One day we wake up to ice and the next day we have nearly 70F temperatures!

Stay safe my GW friends and keep warm.
    Rose.

Rose, just woke up at 7am , my time, and ,
as Brother Gary would say, you gave me a
LMSO ( Laugh my sad off), with your
expanded nickname for me: "Don Lou".
I'm deeply grateful that we had a lot of
    rain in Massachusetts,rather than the
heavy " bomblette" of snow in other states.
However, it is extremely cold this morning,
and the electric heat in my apartment is
not as efficient as other kinds. You can
call me Don Lou, the Monk, for 2 reasons:
I live alone, like a monk in a silent
monastery, and, secondly, I'm wearing a
hood indoors ( also like a monk), to keep
my head warm. Merry Christmas, Rose,
and to all The Grief Warriors ! Lou

Thanks Don Lou The Monk for another LMSO(laugh my sad off). I know you are going through this suffering as a offering to the Gods that the rest of your Grief Warrior friends will have a much happier Christmas. May the Gods bless and heal you where it is perceived as a miracule. Bro Geo is the ultimate grief warrior because of much physical suffering and you are our ultimate humble leader. Keep on trucking Don Lou! Gary

"Duane"? You lost me on that nickname,
Lombardo! The puzzled Godfather of all
lobsters. Where, oh where,is Ms. Hum?
She should be part of this, as should
    Debster! Haha!

Don Lou, I'm glad I made you laugh, and you made me laugh too when you compared yourself to a monk. That particular meaning of "Don" hadn't really occurred to me. I really meant the other meaning of "Don", as a nobility title, to show respect for an important person, just like Don Corleone.
Anyway, it's Christmas Day already here, just past midnight, wishing all my GW friends a peaceful Christmas, although it is such a struggle both mentally and physically, trying to get through these days without our loved ones.
We are in this battle together: "Together we Stand"!
    Goodnight.
    Rose.
