Pete ( "Kelso"). It's almost 10pm
on Monday, where I live , on the
northern coast of Massachusetts.
I believe there's a one hour
time difference from your
state of Pennsylvania. I know a
widow who lives in Lancaster,
near an Amish community. Do you mind telling us the general
area of Pa. in which you live?
My wife & I worked in the city,
but upon retirement , moved

woke up at 9am, my time, in
Massachusetts,and saw your
"hi"to our group. If you're
having trouble getting started
on Grief in Common, I have 2
bits of advice: 1st, try not to
worry about new thread titles,
and stick with one simple one,
like "Loss of Spouse", and 2nd,
more importantly, refer to
yourself as Pete. When I joined
GIC 2 years ago, I chose Van
Gogh as my user name, bc I
identified with his tortured soul.
Now, I prefer to be called Lou,
and to call others here by their
first names. The more you
share with us about the daily
grief over the death of Eve,
the more of a conversation we
can have. For example, looking
at your age in your info, may

you're retired like I am? If
you don't feel like replying to
a particular post, perhaps you
can put "LIKE" to show us you
read it. For example, it doesn't
sound like you read my post

Lou, Robin, Deborah, you have all written very comforting words to Pete (Kelso), I'm sure he will feel at home here with us. It's true that we need to talk about our lost soulmates, we have to share all that turmoil going on in our minds, knowing there is someone out there who understands makes all the difference in helping us get through each day.
