    Sorry for your loss and pain. Feel free to reach out and express your grief. The initial days are hell but let it all out.

    I understand this hell pretty well. Reach out if you want to chat more. And when the panic attacks hit....deep breaths! Try some meditation and slow down everything.
    It'll all work out. You can't change what's happened but you can protect your health for the future.

    Be kind to yourself. Don't expect too much. Do the basics and heal slowly. And Stay outdoors for a while. Breathe in fresh air and soak in the sun. It's nature healing! And if you can walk or jog - do it! Get the endorphins going.
