I have been having really bad days lately. I am not myself. I have no motivation to do anything except sleep. I thought I was doing better in June. July was pretty awful and August is even worse. I have no energy. I have never felt this alone and disconnected...

Bruce. thank you so much for
replying to me just now. You are
obviously extremely depressed and missing the presence of
your loving wife and soulmate,Terry. As other
    Grief Warriors,like Robin,
    Nicole("Sweetcole").Bernadine
    ( "Countless Joy"),Karen, DEB.
    & I, have suggested: walking
    outside in nature, breathing
    fresh air,enjoying the sunshine
if possible, is better for one's

    mental, physical,and emotional
    health than staying inside alone.
    I know that Terry would've
    wanted you not only to
    survive,but to eventually
    enjoy life. Please keep writing
to me and others here, Bruce.

George, I thought I was replying
to Bruce ( "Kelso") instead of
to you. Sorry about that, but my
    same words to Bruce could
apply to you, and to all of us. Lou

    That sucks, BroGeo! Wish I
    could wave a magic wand,
and move you out of your
hot , humid, AND high crime
area! Stay in until cooler. Lou

Bruce, good for you for getting
on this site and sticking with it.
    Some grievers get on here
briefly , and move on. I have a
    feeling you'll stay. Almost my
bedtime, so I'll say good night.
    You will probably hear from
    Rose, in Italy,& others,
    overnight, and can thank
    them in the morning.
