In December 2003, just three days shy of Christmas, I faced an unimaginable tragedy when my 13-year-old daughter succumbed to Dilated cardiomyopathy, also known as enlarged heart. Two months later, in February 2004, my eldest son, then 15 years old, received the same devastating diagnosis. In May 2004, my son underwent a heart transplant. Sadly, in July 2009, my son, who had reached the age of 20, passed away due to his body rejecting the heart. Now, in July 2026, my eldest daughter, who was 39 years old at the time of her passing, is thought to have suffered a seizure. Over a span of 23 years, I have endured the unbearable loss of three children. Finding the strength to cope with such profound grief is an almost insurmountable challenge.
