Lost my dog and my aunt one week apart. My dad also has lung and lung cancer.

I lost my dog and aunt about a week apart from each other. On top of that, my dad is dealing with lung and liver cancer and it doesn't look good. I have anxiety and depression normally but it's been so much worse lately. I've actually developed a facial twinge.
