Lost my brother without any warning

I lost my brother aged 68, in 2022 without any prior warning he was unwell. One day he just went into his garage and hung himself, leaving no note for his siblings or mother. I had to tell my 98 year old mother her son had died by his own hand. She never recovered after that and in 2024, we lost her to dementia and a broken heart.

My brother has a family, 2 adult daughters and a wife, they were left a note, but have given us no indication of why he took his own life.

I have never come to terms with this death and from that time forwards, we have had multiple deaths, diagnosis of prostate cancer for my hubby, lost my beloved 13 year old dog and life has been difficult. I have just been diagnosed with depression and possible fibromyalgia caused through my losses. It's hard and at the moment I am struggling with physical as well as emotional pain.
