My son passed away in his sleep a year and a half ago. I'm still trying to figure out how to cope. 4 months after he passed away I walked in on his mom cheating on me... She was the only person that knows what I'm going through and we haven't spoken since. Basically I have been on this journey entirely alone and I can't take it anymore. Father's day was yesterday and a really tough day. It seems like people don't want to be around me because they don't know what to say and I get it.
