I've lost 5 Family members whom I was very close with them all. I'm looking for online groups

I am and need of on my groups where I can learn to deal with my grief.

 

In my personal opinion this site seems to be a good place to grief the loss of a love one.

I’m sorry your grieving, I think it’s good you found this site, it has some great supports that have helped me.
There are several ways to connect and learn.
There are the discussion boards where you are now.
There are on-line meetings a couple of times a week.
There are some self-study courses you can take.
Use the ‘getting started’ link at the top and see if anything feels like it meets your needs.
An appointment with Karen might also be a good way to explore which options might be the best fit for you right now.
