Finally made it to the beach. The fresh air feels wonderful even though it was so cold. We looked at other and realized the stress was gone. For now anyway.

George, I just found out that Debra, who
"bakes" in 100 degree temps in Bakersfield,
Ca., used to live in your state, with
horribly cold, long winters. As Karen says, no place is perfect. For me, I have to grin
& bear the winter, bc I like the 3 other
    seasons in New England. Lou

Yes, George. That's why I said if I were
wealthy, I'd summer in Ma, & winter in
    Florida! Lou

    Beautiful ocean photos, Robin, thank
you, but George & others need them more
than I do. Today is much better than
    yesterday!! Lou

We actually had a few days of snow before but the quantity this morning was quite a surprise.
Forecast was for a dusting on the valley floor where I am. She really tore around the yard…. So much delight.

So sorry for you today, Bernadine! It's
like we're on different planets. Unlike
creepy cold winds, & 40 degree temps
of yesterday, it's sunny. a cloudless blue
sky, and 60s today----at last!!! Lou

We should be at our usual “last frost date” when it’s safe to put plants out.
This is an oddity…. We’d been in the 60s the last 3 week. ~B

Yes! Calming, peaceful, healing. So many positives. And we realized, we’re smiling. A genuine smile. We found sea glass and picked up shells. My daughter gave me the best gift ever last Sunday. Forever grateful! Ron was with us in spirit.

The ocean is my happy place. Wish I could bring it to you. Since Ron passed I take less pictures. But Sunday on the ocean, it was like I never saw it before. Picture after picture. So healing. Realizing just how much I missed going last year.

Yes, I know he does. I pray his weather turns around and he gets some sun and warmth. Nature can be so healing. I see I think 2 of the ocean pictures posted upside down. No idea how that happened.
I have rain this morning but clearing and getting warmer this afternoon. Looking g forward to it.
