My dad died on Feb 13th of this year. It hasn't even been a month. People around me have already forgotten. If I suddenly burst into tears, people look at me all confused and ask, "are you ok? I also feel like nobody gets it.
Especially my husband. He’s trying I know, but I just feel like he doesn’t understand how I feel.
It’s like people are “rushing “ us to get over it and go on like everything is just fine and dandy.
I wish I knew something to tell.
You aren’t alone is all I can say…
