I lost my big sisters in March 4th of 2026. Since then I don't like being alone. I hate horror movies. I used to love horror movies. I don't want nothing to do with any kind of death in any kind of movies. I hate the holidays as they come turning around. I hate Christmas. I don't wanna see Christmas come. I don't wanna see Halloween and I used to love Halloween. I hate living alone and I used to love living alone. It's just so different. I lost my baby brother 12 months ago. But it wasn't like the same as my big sister. I wasn't close to my little brother like I am my big sister. I just want to know when it will stop hurting. When will I stop grieving every time? I'm alone when she first died. I had somebody around me. 24/7 I got my grandson to stay with me two weeks and my granddaughter stayed with me two weeks. It's been months now, and now I'm here by myself, and I just hate it, does anybody else feel the same way??

I’m so very sorry. I lost my older sister in June, 2026. It’s a huge loss, losing a sister , our best friend.

All I know is that it will take time , it’s okay to grieve , and that grief hits us out of the blue .

I read that when we lose a sibling, we lose our past and our future. The things you once enjoyed don’t seem to matter now because you loved her so much , and you miss her.

It will never be the same, we will always feel the void and the loss. But we now learn to slowly reinvent ourselves… and find joy in the little things every day .

and in other people. It’s a huge loss, I know , I feel it too . My sister was only 17 months older . She and I shared a unique childhood. Only she knew me well, and all my childhood stories .

It’s very hard, but I feel giving yourself grace , and time to reflect and grieve is important.

I think the first few years are hard. We can’t believe that they are really gone , and we were not ready to say goodbye . It does hurt .
I’m so sorry for your loss.
Perhaps keep a journal of all that fun and good times with her, and the good memories.

She will always be with you . We carry our sisters memory in our hearts.

please know you are not alone. The more we loved the person we lost, the more we grieve. It’s normal and natural .

I still cry , tell my sister I miss her , and deep down I want her back .
