My younger brother took his own life in 2017 at 17, and I was 19. I have no words to describe the way the world flipped over when we found out. My dad then passed away due to a very quick battle with Lymphoma, he was diagnosed in November of 2020 and was gone by April 2021. My grandmother and grandfather died in between my brother and my dad’s death. And two years ago, my best friend and would have been sister-in-law, took her own life too. I feel like I haven’t had any time to process any of the deaths individually and they all start lumping together, which I feel so horrible about because I don’t want to diminish the value that each one of them brought to my life. My brother and dad hurt the absolute most, even though I guess there’s no comparison. I just feel kind of lost in grief sometimes, like it will never get better. I loved all of them so much, it feels like a hole in my chest that engulfs my whole body. How do you cope with multiple deaths, any advice would be appreciated. Sending love to all.
