My heart feels like it's being stabbed constantly

My dear dad, passed away on the 17th of July. He was my buddy and I spoke to him 5 hrs before he passed away. One minute he was in conversation with my step mum the next he had slumped and was gone. I loved my dad alot, I still hear his voice in my head. But the pain is unbearable one minute i think I will be fine and the next the pain becomes crippling. I regret that he never got to see me finish law school, get married and have children because he would have been a great grandpa. I love you daddy, I miss you. I hope maybe you can visit me in my dreams soon or tonight. I love you
