Lost both parents

    I lost both of my parents my father in June of 2017 due to sudden loss and my mother 3 months later in September due to illness and I feel like my whole world has flipped upside down. Some days i’m okay and some days I feel like i’m going absolutely crazy. I’m trying to find new ways to cope with both of these losses, now that I have no other adult support in my life.
