I am heartbroken

I was just in 4th grade when my maternal grandmother passed away from dementia. I was in 8th grade when my maternal grandfather passed away from old age. I am now just graduated from high school. But I am very sad, I feel very lonely without grandparents. My heart is breaking, and I feel so alone. I wish there was a way for me to get, now this might sound silly, but foster or adoptive grandparents. I have parternal grandparents. But on that side, my paternal grandmother is not doing well. Going down hill fast. My paternal grandfather is very awkward. I know this is late at 9 PM. But my heart is breaking so much.
