I lost my wife of 14 years on 12/24/18 suddenly to an infection that caused her to go into septic shock. My heart goes out to you have you considered counseling or a support group?
Yes i have and thank you. I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers go out to you. Our grief is still young. Being able to talk about this with someone who know exactly what we are experiencing will help i am sure
it does i went to a therapist to vent about this situation it felt so good! Then he gave me some tips on how to deal with this pain. I down loaded an app its called stop breathe think it works! Then i went to a support group I learned alot from them.
