of course I’m sure this is a common problem. Has anyone had luck with getting into your loved ones’ locked IPhone or ICloud account? So far no luck.

    Hello,
My husband passed away October 28 and I had the same problem, and still do. I think we need to go to the apple store so someone can help us.
    Good luck

Good Luck guys. I would go to Apple Store if I was guys. Maybe you should take a death certificate with you so they will not question you.

I have not been able to get into my husbands computer. I used all the passwords that I knew he used and even some I found written on post it notes.
My one grandson is really good with computers and each time he is here I forget to tell him about it.

Does anyone know how to edit our post after we have submitted them?
Sometimes I forget to proof read and it comes out wrong.

    Thanks Linda,
I think I will take everything to apple and see what they can do. But I would never of thought to take the death certificate with me. I’m glad someone is thinking for me

    You are very welcome.
When my husband passed away I was amazed at who wanted one and who did not.
When I canceled all his credit cards they did not ask me for one.
Facebook wanted me to send them a copy before they would do anything with his page. I refused and still have his Facebook page.

Good Luck and let us know the results.

My husband put an encrypted code on his phone and I am unable to get into his phone without knowing the password and it going back to factory reset manufacture. The only way I can get into it is if AT&T turned back on his location and Samsung would be able to bypass the encrypted password.
