Multiple losses and sudden illness

I have lost 2 wifes all my children all my grandchildren my job my money and now I have a degenerative motor neuron disease of wich there is no cure or treatment. I am 60 years old and the life expectency of this disease is 65 to 68 years of age. I live alone my family and friends former work friends do not speak to me at all. It is like living in the pandemic 100 percent of the time. I never leave the house becaus I am a fall risk and I am to weak to take care of myself properly I was divorsed the first time do to wifes unfaithfulness and second wife bipolor manic depressive disorder.
