Lost my dad to corona

Lost my dad to covid a couple of months ago. He was so healthy, I could have never imagined I will lose him so soon and so suddenly. One moment and everything is gone.

I feel like I want to run away and escape the reality, but I can't run away from myself. And the idea that the pandemic is still around and everyone is talking about it non-stop, won't let me take breath from emotions. Yet I don't think I fully realize what happened even after 5 months.

It gets harder and harder to talk about it. I have isolated myself from people. They don't understand and I don't want to be a burden. Great to see there are communities like this.
