It’s just coming up on a month since the fire. My parents house burned down killing them and my little sister, who was only 18, and our dog. My two other siblings and I are struggling. I don’t know how to handle life without my mom. My husband has tried to get me to speak with a grief counselor but it honestly feels like I’m still in shock and therapy won’t be productive at this point. If anyone has tips on how to make it through the day without constantly breaking down or having panic attacks and relying on medication to make it through each day in a fog, that would be greatly appreciated.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Thats tragic how things have happened. Going to talk to someone may help. I pray for your strength so you can get stronger with each passing day.
