Really wish I had the answer Alma. My wife Mary of 47 years died on March 26. Nothing is the same, I miss her every day. I’m looking for something to get better and some days I think I have something. Then it hits me again, she’s not coming back. Just today I was asking why she had to leave me, and I want her back so bad. Not sure if it helps knowing that you’re not in this alone. It has helped me to be able to just share with others. I wish you the best!

Thank you for your reply. I feel so lost So hard to think straight. Went to his grave for the first tune since I buried him yesterday It was so hard, but whime there I felt close to him. Going to my first grief counseling session Wednesday Not sure what to expect, but others will be there who have also lost a spouse I hope nothing but the best for you, and hope both of us find peace To love someone for so long and then to lose them is so very hard Agaib, thank you for replying
