    The rational mind is overrated.

Learning there is such a thing as widow fog helped me SOOOO much the first couple of years. Especially due to the pressures I put on myself coupled with the questioning of my sanity and just literally feeling like I was in a fog. I'm not the only one and NEITHER ARE YOU! I share these 2 parts with you with the love and support and encouragement. You are not alone. Jill, Admin. Grief Forward...stop by and follow, please. You can also give a "LIKE" on facebook. Absolutly right, widow fog, or widow brain exists. I belonged to two widowed meetup groups. There was a get together for one of them. i showed up at the restaurant, nobody was there, so i posted on the site "where is everybody?' the reply was, the meetup was the next week. And to double down on all that, i showed up an hour late to a meetup with the other group...and swore that i wasn't late.

    Widowbrain is a thing
