The Good in our world.

I started this journey of trying to cheer myself up and in turn realized my own sister needed help as well. So everyday I have called her and talked to her and shared what I have found that might make her a bit less sadder. My sister Marcia is such a giving person sometimes to her own detriment. So I wanted her to feel better while at the same time helping me as well.

There are times in all of our lives we need a helping hand, an encouraging word, a break from what we are doing - in short we take so many things for granted in the world all around us. The loss of a loved one is awful, no amount of time will truly replace that hole we now have in our world. No persons words are better than your own personal feelings. We hurt, we miss, we cry, we need, we yearn, and we wonder why.

I have no perfect answer, but what I have tried to do since the loss of the one who was my world, I try to find a way to cope with this loss. Sure I see those around me, going about their lives and I sometimes wonder why can't I get beyond this.

To me the one thing I have done is seek out ways to make each day easier to face. I can't walk in your shoes and you can't in mine. So what do I do each day to make it to the end of that day. I watch videos, and read stories that others have shared and it helps me understand that our world is so complex.

I never realized how many wonderful things happen in our world on a daily basis. There are people who give of themselves to others who are in need. They are the unspoken and unseen heroes it is so easy to overlook.

There are those in the world who do so many wonderful things. I would like to share this prepared video for you. Even though it may be from another part of world, or in a language you might not understand, the actions you witness are of caring and giving.

One reason I show musical artists is because of the good they bring to our world. Some of them have at one time or another played out in the public, day and/or night, in many types of weather and an unrestricted audience.

You and I could be there enjoying that performance. You might see an open case or a can that you can donate to them, but always remember they are not requiring you to give.

Many artists use these street shows to spread the word of mouth about them, while at the same time providing us with some form of entertainment. I have watched so many of these public performances now that the one thing I enjoy is seeing how those present are smiling, perhaps dancing, and capturing a video.

You can't put a value on making someone days, but you yourself can live through the joy of others as well as yourself. Giving artists are amazing. So the next time you are out and about why not check out and watch and enjoy a performer or two.

I have given this much thought. For days on end I had viewed many videos looking for those that made me happier.
Even though my wife is no longer on this Earth, seeing others begin the journey similar to what we shared makes me just all sorts of happy.

There is nothing more beautiful and Good In Our World, than falling in love and asking that person to be with you for the rest of your life.

I wanted to share this with you all.

How I came about liking violin music so much. I was trying to find something that satisfied my feelings deep inside of me. Songs with words are tremendous and powerful. But what I learned over time as I drifted from music video to music video that sometimes words are not enough to help with that sorrow.

The first time I came across a music video done by a little girl artist who played the violin I found that I seemed satisfied by those amazing sounds. The next thing I did was I had to know what the words were to the song I just heard.

I keyed it into YouTube.com search and found the voice rendition. The words made the song more profound. So I started with this violin artist, going all the way to the first piece she posted, in short her history and listened to all of her pieces, well over 100.

So each day I would search for violin music and selectively played song after song. When I found a violin piece that piqued my interest. I then researched that artist, going all the way back to their beginning and listening to every single video they had produced.

So it went on and on until I had found favorites. When a particular violin piece interested me I also had to go to the roots of the piece with words. Doing that added a new dimension to my listening pleasure. I could now understand perhaps why the violin artist has played a particular song, while at the same time seeing the voice artist(s) perform and the true meaning of their song.
