Sudden Loss of Father in Law and Mom

My husband's father passed away May 22, 2024 from an unexpected 2 week rollercoaster battle of shingles to the brain. My mom was at his funeral a week later. A week after my my father in laws funeral, my mom passed away suddenly. I find myself in this weird stand still state. I've started counseling but I've been feeling more and more saddened. I'm 37 years old and didn't expect so much loss in a very short period of time. I try to be normal, but my dad and my sister don't make it easy on me. I know God has been my only strength but i feel alone still. How do i process this mountain hill of grief?
