So many losses

I’m new here, having just discovered this page. I have a lot of loss in my life, along with childhood trauma and the like, which just compounds everything.

I had an estranged relationship with both parents. One was just how it always was (dad) and one because I had to cut her out (mom). In 2016, dad died (we think aneurysm). Mom followed in 2019 (drank herself to death, quite literally). Mother-in-law in 2020, which didn’t actually affect me except through my husband’s grief (that I didn’t handle well…long story). Then my husband in 2023. I found him dead (I know now he was already dead) in our front yard 30 minutes after I’d last spoken to him. Heart attack. He never went to the doctor for anything, so I don’t know if he had an underlying condition.

Then I was taken advantage of by someone I trusted who turned out to be an unaware narcissist. Lost time, lost money, lost friends, ignored my grief. I’m here rebuilding my life, alone.
