This is my first post as I’m new to the group. I’ve never been one to openly discuss problems but I’m going through a rough patch in life. I’ve had two traumatic losses in a two month span and I’ve realized I need support. I lost a grandchild (not to death but I’m not allowed to be a part of her life) and I lost a pet to cancer. I hope my losses are appropriate for this group and apologize in advance if they’re not. I’ve been hesitant to discuss my losses because the emotions that come with those discussions are overwhelming. I don’t know how to get to a good place.
