Mom dad and sister died just me

Hello I'm new here not sure on how to use site. I have come to realize I'm not dealing with loss very well. I still haven't accepted the sudden death of my sister. I would love a support group or anyone willing to give advice on what has helped other when it comes to grieving. Little about me I was a foster kid. Well my sister and I were. We went thru hell together and no one understands that but my sister. I found my parents when I was 16 ran away and lived with my father. Two years after he was hit and killed on his bicycle. My mother died after COPD. And I'm 35 now my sister last remaining family died just 3 yrs ago. I'm now older than my older sister. Idk if these things pass or get easier with time but it's just so hard for me to move forward. Please anything helps thank you all.

 

Christina, I am so sorry for your losses. It is a hard road and there a few guideposts to follow. Talking to others who are also on this journey helps. It may be hard to believe but in time it will get softer, not go away or be replaced but it will soften. This is a good site to explore the stories of others and to find some on the same journey who are there to listen to you and to share their journey. Thank you for your reply I'm not sure on how to use site yet I will try to find live room. Leaning and listening to other is helping me alot. I just got into therapy as well. I hope all this helps. Being alone on this journey is hard. I appreciate the support.
