Hello I lost my only brother on Feb 14th to Lung Cancer, I am heartbroken, I don't have any other siblings. He meant the world to me and lived here at our house. He's all I had, he was so caring, so kind and always looked out for me even though I am 3 years older. I have never known grief like this, I have spoken to a therapist but I find that it's not helping tight now. I cry constantly.
I understand how you feel. I lost my little brother last January to Lymphoma. He was only 46 and a beautiful, strong, healthy man. Has your therapist helped? I am thinking support group. Not online, in person. I wish you strength, peace and all the best. You are not alone. I hope you feel better by now.
HI both I lost my younger brother three months ago. He was 54. I feel deeply pity for him who missed 20-30 years he could have lived. I am still crying for him, and often feel out of mind or completely lost. I often times wonder if feeling pity for him is a wrong attitude. For me, sharing grief is the best thing to calming myself down. Thank you, both.
