Hi, not sure how this really works to be honest. Lost my dad in Feb this year. Don't know how to cope.
I am sorry for your loss of your dear father. Thre is no right or wrong way to deal with grief. Be aware of what lessens your pain and try to focus on those things. Get outside and get somoe fresh air. God helps us in so many ways. I read an article that said there is even something in the air that helps lift our spirits when we are down. Let us know how you are doing and wht is causing you the most difficulty in coping. It helps to talk to others even if they don't have any answers, because I found that as we talk it out, God givews us the answer we need. May God bless and strengthen you. We care about you. Chris
I am so sorry for your loss of your father. I lost my mother recently and have found myself at times overwhelmed and disoriented by the experience of this grief. I'm not certain if any of this would be relevant or useful to you and where you are at in your grief journey, but I wanted to pass this along in case there is something helpful. A friend also recommended to me the site https://whatsyourgrief.com/ as one resource for short topical articles on grief, coping, etc. and something that helped them when attempting to find ways to navigate grief. Sending positive thoughts your way.
I am sorry for the loss of your mother. Thank you for your post. I have copied it and will be able to use it at our GriefShare meeting. God bless Chris
