I lost my husband to suicide 9 mnths ago

    It just gets harder every single day. I dont know what to do it hurts so bad. I was the one who found him as he was dying

    I found my brother 4 months ago, it is traumatizing. I have been doing EMDR which seems to help with the traumatizing part. I am still early in my sessions. It doesn't take the pain away though..
